Jointly hosted by Jilin Provincial People’s

Government Information Office, The Education Department of Jilin Province and

Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries of Jilin Province, the2nd“International Friends’ Experiences in Jilin” Essay Contest will be held. It

aims to make international friends know more about Jilin province and leave

more deep impressions. Some relative requirements are stated as follows.

I. Principleof the activity

Let

international friends record the unforgettable experiences, wonderful stories

and deep impressions during their stay in Jilin province.

II. Theme of the activity

III. Target people

Foreigners who work, study, live in Jilin province or those foreigners

who have ever come to Jilin province.

IV. Content requirements

Competitors need to focus on describing the unforgettable stories that

happened during their stay in Jilin province with a close combination of their

experiences of study, work, life, travel or business.

The contest is free from title and stylistic limits. Competitors can

finish it in Chinese or English. The essay should conclude prominent theme,

rich and vivid story plots, true feelings and fluent expressions. The essay

work should be original without copying. Word limit: 800-2000.

VI. Means of contribution

1.

The essay should be sent in an electronic enclosure form toiso@nenu.edu.cn.

    The essay should be in the Word document format and be named like this:

Chinese name＿Essay’s name.

2. Pen name can be used. Your true name,

gender, nationality, job, passport number, phone number and address should be

written at the bottom of the essay.
