Dear International Students,

In order to standardize the process for addressing international students’ affairs, to increase work efficiency and to better provide services for international students, some rules are stated as follows:

1. Administration time: every Wednesday afternoon

2. Administration scope:

1) Providing the documents for residence permit, study certificates, pre-graduation diplomas, etc.

2) Student ID card (students can get it 2 weeks after the day of drop-off)

3) Reception Day (hand in all questions in written form and a response will be offered within 3 days)

4) Other notices will be made for more detailed information

3. Required forms such as request for leave are available by downloading from the Study at NENU website.

4. All notices will be posted on WeChat platform timely. International students can request entrance into the WeChat group.

Note: We will not accept requests for any of the mentioned services except for the fixed working day. All international students must check the dates of their residence permit timely in order to avoid some troubles.
