In accordance with the document of International Cooperation and Exchange Department of MOE, specific enrollment regulations are currently established as follows:
1. Category of Enrollment
Full-time postgraduates(Master, PH.D). Master & Doctoral Degree Programs Taught in English of Education, Biology and Chemistry are the Priority Majors at NENU.
2. Target Students
We will only admit students who have not already studied in China.
3. Qualifications
Applicants should be non-Chinese citizens.
Applicants who study for a master degree should be under 35 years old and have a bachelor's degree.
Applicants who study for a doctoral degree should be under 45 years old and have a master's degree.
4. Details of Scholarship
Registration fee, tuition fee, basic teaching materials and accommodation fees are exempted.
Living allowance: (PH.D 2000 RMB/month, Master 1700RMB/month) and one time- resettlement assistance fee.

5. Application Documents Requirements:
You need to apply online first (laihua.csc.edu.cn, the agency code of NENU is 10200)
Please send all the required documents below to the International Students Office of NENU after you apply online.
(All documents should include the original and a copy).
a. Application form for Chinese Government Scholarship, fill out in Chinese or English. (Download fromhttp://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua)
b. The Copy of Passport Photo Page.
c. Valid Highest Education Certificate. If applicants are either students or have been employed, they must submit appropriate verification. If the verification is written in a language other than Chinese or English, it must be translated into either English or Chinese and sealed with official notarization.
d. A copy of diploma and notarized English translation.
e. Notarized Transcript and the English Translation.
f. Applicant’s study plan in China (must be at least 800 words or longer) written in Chinese or English.
g. Two recommendation letters from either full professors or associate professors.
h. Copy of Physical examination record for foreigners and blood test report（HIV, Tuberculosis, Syphilis, HBcAb etc, should be included.）, bring the originals when you come to China. (Download fromhttp://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua)
