Dear International Students:
According to the school calendar, winter holiday for international students begins from January 23 to March 1. All international students should register in ISO on March 2 -6. Classes will start on March 9.
In order to learn a lesson from the Harbin “1.2” fire accident, to prevent and eradicate hidden fire accident and to ensure property of NENU and international students’ safety, some rules and regulations are stated as follows:
All international students should register in ISO before leaving NENU for holiday.
Please take action to prevent fire accident. Lock windows and door, and cut off the electricity in your room before leaving. Please contact the staff in the dorm when facing emergency.
International students should obey the regulations of the International Student Apartment and pay attention to fire prevention and safety. Students are not allowed to use electronic appliance like heater and flammables and explosives like gas tank.
International students who live outside must pay attention to fire safety and burglar prevention. Contact with the house-owners timely if you have any problem.
During the holiday, students should increase awareness of personal safety and prevent traffic accident and theft.
International students must cooperate with Security Department of NENU for inspection and supervision work of fire prevention and safety, and collaborate with the International Academic Exchange Service Center in daily management. Fire hidden dangers must be prevented.
International students who violate relative regulations on fire safety and prevention will be punished based on their manners.
