1. 自费生需先缴纳学费后，办理居留许可申请或延期。

Self-financed students should first pay their tuition fees,

then they can apply for the Residency Permit.

자비생은 먼저 학비를 납부하고 거류허가 신청 혹은 연기를 한다.

2. 学历生（含本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生）缴纳一学期学费，可办理至下学期开学初的居留许可，截止日期一般为3月10日或9月10日；缴纳一学年学费可获得一年的居留许可。

Degree-seeking students (Bachelor, Master or Doctor Degree

students) are allowed to pay one semester’s tuition fee, then they are able to

obtain a Residency Permit till the beginning of the following academic school

year. The expiration dates are usually March 10 or September 10. If students

pay one-academic year’s tuition they are able to obtain a Residency Permit

which is valid for one year.

본과생 및 대학원생은 1학기 학비를 납부하면 다음학기초까지의 거류허가를 발급 받으며 유효기간은 보통 3월 10일 혹은 9월 10일까지이다. 1년 학비를 납부하면 1년 거류허가를 발급 받는다.

3. 进修生（含普通进修生、高级进修生、汉语进修生）缴纳一学期学费，可办理六个月有效的居留许可，进修生缴纳一学年学费，可办理至下学期末的居留许可，截止日期一般为1月30日或7月30日。

Non-degree seeking students (General Scholars, Senior

Scholars and Chinese Learning Students) pay one semester’s tuition fee are able

to obtain a Residency Permit which is valid for 6 months. If the student pays

for one-academic year’s they are permitted to get a Residency Permit till the

end of the next semester. These

expiration date are normally is January 30 or June 30.

연수생(어학연수생 포함)은 1학기 학비를 납부하면 6개월 유효한 거류허가를 발급받는다. 1년 학비를 납부하면 다음학기 말까지의 거류허가를

발급 받으며 유효기간은 보통 1월 30일 혹은 7월 30일까지이다.

4.在校生若上一学期出勤不足60%，不予办理居留许可延期；若上一学期出勤不足80%，至多可办理六个月有效的居留许可。

For continuing students, if the attendance rate of last

semester is lower than 60%, he or she cannot extend their Residency Permit

anymore. If the attendance rate of last

semester was lower than 80%, he or she is granted Residency Permit no more than

6 months.

재학생 지난학기 출석률이 60%미달이면 거류허가를 발급 받을수 없으며 출석률이 80% 미달이면 최대 6개월 유효한 거류허가를 발급 받을수 있다.

5.自费生不予发放X2签证。

Self-financed student are not permitted to apply for X2

visa.

자비생은 X2비자를 신청할수 없다.

6. 学生中途退学、旷课并失联两周以上，我校将上报相关部门取消签证或居留许可，由此产生的一切后果由学生本人承担。

If students dropout of school or are absent from school

without permission more than 2 weeks, the university will report them to the

related department to cancel their visa or Residency Permit. Students should bear in mind all

possible consequences.

자퇴 혹은 허가 없이 2주이상 출석하지 않으면 학교에서는 관련 부서에 신고하여 비자 혹은 거류허가를 취소한다. 이로 인한 모든 결과는 학생 본인이 책임진다.

7.新生第一年原则上需要住在校内，若由于个人原因住在校外，需首先征得我校同意，方可在校外住宿。更换住宿地址后，24小时内需到管辖区内派出所办理住宿登记。

Freshmen due to principle should live on campus. Students

who want to live off campus due to personal reasons, should get the permission

first. After changing the address, students should register at local police

station within 24 hours.

원칙적으로 신입생은 첫해에 학교기숙사에 거주해야 한다. 본인사유로 외주할 경우 학교의 허락을 받아야 하며 주소지가 변경된 후 24시간내에 관할 지역 파출소에 신고하여 한다.

8.办理居留许可后，需持护照到留学生科进行相关信息的登记。

After Residency Permit extension, student should come to

ISO to register all related information with your passport.

거류허가를 발급받은 후, 여권을 지참하고 유학생사무실에서 관련 정보 등록을 하여야 한다.

9.学生退学或受到开除学籍处分后，需办理停留证件并在规定期限内出境，原有居留许可予以注销。

Students who are dismissed from the school or discontinue

studies, should change their permit accordingly (Stay Permit), and leave China

within required time. Original

Residency Permits will be cancelled.

학생이 퇴학처분을 받은후 단기체류허가를 신청하여야 하며 규정된 시간내에 출국하여야 한다. 원 거류허가는 무효처리가 된다.

10.学生若未按期报到，我校将上报相关部门注销居留许可。

If students doesn’t register at the university within the

required time, the university will report these cases to the appropriate

departments to cancel their Residency Permits.

규정된 시간내에 학교에 등록하지 않으면 관련 부서에 신고하여 거류허가를 취소할 것이다.

11.学生应关注本人居留许可截止日期，并在签证到期一个月前开始准备相关手续，由于签证/居留许可过期而产生的一切后果由学生本人承担。根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》，若逾期未及时办理签证延期，出入境管理局将按照500元/天收取罚款，上限2万元。

Students should

pay attention to the expiration dates of the Residency Permit and prepare the

related documents during the month before the expiration date. Students should

bear in mind all the possible consequences caused by the expiration of the

Visa/Residency Permit. According to The Exit and Entry Administration Law of

the People’s Republic of China, students’ visas who have expired will be finedRMB500 every day, but no more than RMB 20,000 yuan.

학생은 본인 거류허가

만료일을 유의하여야 하며 만료되기 한달전부터 필요한 서류를 준비해야 한다. 거류허가 만료일이 지나서 발생한 모든 결과는 학생 본인이 책임져야 한다. < 중화인민공화국출국입국관리법>에 의하면 비자가 만료되기전 연기수속을 하지 않으면

출입국에서는 500원/일의 벌금을 받으며 상한선은 2만원이다.

12.学生持我校协助办理的学习类居留许可，不得从事就业、商业演出等相关工作。

Students holding a Residency Permit with the reason of

Study under the help of the university, are forbidden to work, engage in a

performance and or related activities.

학생은 학교의 협조로

받은 학습류 거류허가로 취업,상업공연 등 관련 활동에 참가할수 없다.

13. 若护照有效期无法涵盖在我校的学习期限，应在护照到期半年前开始办理护照更换或延期手续。

If the validity period of your passport cannot cover the

study period, students should change or extend the passport 6 month before the

expiration date.

여권유효기간이 학습기간보다 짧으면 여권유효기간 만료 6개월전부터 여권 연장 혹은 갱신 수속을 해야 한다.
