NENU International Student Association is short for NISA, in the meanwhile, NISA these four letters represent four spiritual codes of the association— Normal, Sincerity, Interactivity and Accountability. Established in 2007, NISA is one of the pioneer student organizations that is specialized in international exchange activities among institutions of higher education in the Northeastern region.
